Method

  1. Finely dice garlic, chop broccoli into bite sized-florets pieces, roughly chop mushrooms and carrot. Finely dice spring onion, and cut avocado in half. 
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic for 2-3 minutes, add mushrooms and carrot, sauté for 2-3 minutes, add sesame oil pouch and soy sauce (see “items you’ll need for measurements), mix ingredients well, add broccoli, sauté for 4-6 minutes or until vegetables are soften. Set aside.
  3. Soak noodles in boiling hot water, either in a heat proof bowl or sauce pan for 3 minutes. Drain and wash noodles under cold water, then fold into vegetables, stir well for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with spring onion on top, and sliced avocado on the side. Enjoy.
