What Is Eat Earthly?
Eat earthly is a plant-based meal kit delivery service, we aim to inspire people to be more creative with plant-based food, keeping flavour, nutrition and sustainability as our main focus.
Where Is Eat Earthly Based?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia.
Is Eat Earthly a subscription service?
At the moment no, so you can simply order any time.
Do You Have A Minimum Order Amount?
We have a minimum order of two recipes a week, you can order between 2-5 meals per week.
Are Your Meals Only For Vegans?
Our meals are for everyone, you don’t have to be a plant-based to enjoy our meals. Our mission is to get more people to eat more plants, Eat Earthly can be enjoyed by everyone.
Are Your Meals Gluten Free?
Majority of our meals are gluten free, we have allergies listed in the ingredients section of each recipe so you can choose for your needs. In the case a meal is not GF, you can still order and email us with your order number to make your box GF friendly (e.g for a pasta dish).
Where Does Eat Earthly Source Their Ingredients From?
We are extremely passionate about the ingredients we source, keeping quality and sustainability as our key focus. We source our fresh ingredients from local Victorian farmers, aiming to keep our food miles as low as possible.
We aim to source our pantry goods from Australian companies where foreseeable to do so.
Do You Offer Non-plant-based Meals?
No, we are 100% vegan focused and use no animal products within our meal-kits.
How Long Will My Ingredients Stay Fresh After Delivery?
Our fresh fruit and vegetables vary although we recommend consuming within 5-7 days max.

Do I Need Ingredients In Addition To The Goods Delivered?
Yes, just the basics we don’t provide common pantry items like salt, pepper, oil, soy sauce, peanut butter, plant-based milk etc. However, we will let you know in advance what you will need in addition to our ingredients.
Can Your Packaging Be Recycled?
Our packaging is as green as possible, our paper bags can be recycled, along with all our other material. We use as minimal plastic as possible, our pantry goods such as spices, rice and pasta come in biodegradable brown pouches.
Everything we do we strive to do better and always thinking/doing everything we can to be sustainable.
Can I Opt Out To Receive My Recipe Cards By Email?
Yes! Please select the option you prefer when ordering for the week.Â
How Often Is Eat Earthly Menu Updated?
Our menu is updated weekly on Saturday’s, for delivery in two Mondays time.Â

When is the cut off time to have my meal-kit delivered by the following Tuesday?
Our cut off time is Friday at midnight to receive your box by Monday. If you are in Geelong region your order will be delivered on Tuesday.

What is the cut off time for deliveries?
Our cut off time for orders is Friday at midnight to receive your box by the following Monday.
What day do you deliver?
Our delivery day is Monday, between 6am – 4pm.
What time will my order be delivered?
Your delivery will come anytime between 7am-6pm on Monday.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping rate is $10.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If you are not at home we will leave your box on your doorstep or in the lobby of your building. You will receive an SMS to let you know when your box has been dropped off in a safe place.
Can I Change My Address Once Ordered?
Yes, we are able to up to the point it is in shipment, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and where you would like us to deliver your meal-kit.
What do I do if my delivery doesn’t come?
All deliveries are tracked so we will know if your box has not been delivered. We will keep you up to date with any changes taking place. Feel free to email us at [email protected] if you have any issues or questions regarding delivery.
How do I purchase a gift card?

When do gift cards expire?
Our gift cards don’t have an expiry date
Which recipes can I choose from if I have a gift card?
You are able to choose from all of them!
As long as the value is covered by your gift card you will not be charged. If you select recipes that exceed the value of your gift, you will be charged the difference.
Am I able to get a refund on a gift card or gift card balance?
No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards.

Where do you deliver the add on products in your shop?
The products in our shop page here are currently for delivery with meal kit orders, in the same delivery zones.Â
How do I order add on products?
When placing your meal kit order, before checking out return to the shop page to add all of the products you wish to include in your meal kit delivery for the week.
Can I order add on products without placing a meal kit order?
No, sorry currently all of our products are available for delivery with meal kit orders only. We may change this in the future, and if you wish to request this please email us at [email protected]
How much is delivery for add on products?
There is no additional charge for adding in extra products to your meal kit order 🙂
