Method

  1. Finely dice garlic and cabbage, chop broccoli into bite sized-florets pieces, with a potato peeler shred the carrot.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic for 2-3 minutes, add cabbage and carrot, sauté for 2-3 minutes, add broccoli sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add in soy sauce (see “items you’ll need for measurements) and sesame oil, mix well.
  3. Soak noodles in boiling hot water, in a heat proof bowl or sauce pan for 3 minutes, then fold into vegetables, stir well for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve with sesame seeds on top. Enjoy.
