  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roughly chop onion, kale, cut cherry tomatoes in half, cut and deseed fresh chilli to preference.
  2. Fill a saucepan with water, put the lid on and bring to the boil over a high heat. Add a pinch of salt, once the water is boiling, stir in the pasta. Cook pasta for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Place onion, fresh red chilli, cherry tomatoes and garlic (leave in skins) into a baking tray. Cover with a dizzle of oil, salt, pepper and half of the nutritional yeast pack. Place into oven for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Drain pasta, add pasta, kale and last bit of nutritional yeast into the baking tray. De-skin garlic and add back in, mix all ingredients together. Bake for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Serve in a bowl, garnish with spring onion. Enjoy.
